Why Are We Here?
In the fall of 2020, the owners ordered a PC from a prominent online retailer (we won't divulge who) but the experience was not optimal. The frustration of ordering a PC and paying over $2000 for it at the time and getting older parts was overwhelming. We then dug into other companies to see if they did the same and found out that this was a pretty normal practice. There were other little things that we did not agree with as well. So, what do you do when you identify a glaring problem? Well, you can do nothing and just move on. We chose to get involved. By February of 2021 we conceived and built Computer Builders Anonymous LLC. The company started as an online only retailer that would build for the entire U.S. It then quickly pivoted within 6 months to a retail store in order to drive traffic. Several hundred builds later, the team is still as dedicated as day 1 to ensure customer satisfaction and providing high quality new gear with zero corner cutting. We hope we can continue to provide top of the line support for builds, repairs and upgrades.
What We Do
We build high quality PCs for every need. Paying attention to detail on every build and ensuring customer satisfaction on builds that will last. We communicate and offer expertise for customers that may require an extra bit of knowledge to make a decision or bring that awesome off the wall PC idea to life. We really do take this business seriously to provide the best service and support to our customers. We also provide local repairs, upgrades, and service in our operating area for those that would require bringing new life to a beloved machine. We provide a limited lifetime warranty on all of our PCs. So, what do we do? Provide satisfaction and piece of mind to a high dollar purchase for all of our customers.

We started Computer Builders Anonymous to help all types of consumers and businesses succeed without the hassle of knowing everything about the computer you need to accomplish your tasks. Some consumers want something more custom than what you can buy from a standard manufacturer. Our goal is to ensure you get the best possible product for your money and we’ll assist as much as we can to accomplish this.
Every one of our machines comes with a limited lifetime warranty against hardware faults and every machine is tested in our shops before they get to you. You’ll be able to put your custom computer build in our hands and have peace-of-mind that we’ll craft exactly what you need.
