Why Are We Here?
In the fall of 2020, the owners ordered a PC from a prominent online retailer (we won't divulge who) but the experience was not optimal. The frustration of ordering a PC and paying over $2000 for it at the time and getting older parts was overwhelming. We then dug into other companies to see if they did the same and found out that this was a pretty normal practice. There were other little things that we did not agree with as well. So, what do you do when you identify a glaring problem? Well, you can do nothing and just move on. We chose to get involved. By February of 2021 we conceived and built Computer Builders Anonymous LLC. The company started as an online only retailer that would build for the entire U.S. It then quickly pivoted within 6 months to a retail store in order to drive traffic. Several hundred builds later, the team is still as dedicated as day 1 to ensure customer satisfaction and providing high quality new gear with zero corner cutting. We hope we can continue to provide top of the line support for builds, repairs and upgrades.
What We Do
We build high quality PCs for every need. Paying attention to detail on every build and ensuring customer satisfaction on builds that will last. We communicate and offer expertise for customers that may require an extra bit of knowledge to make a decision or bring that awesome off the wall PC idea to life. We really do take this business seriously to provide the best service and support to our customers. We also provide local repairs, upgrades, and service in our operating area for those that would require bringing new life to a beloved machine. We provide a limited lifetime warranty on all of our PCs. So, what do we do? Provide satisfaction and piece of mind to a high dollar purchase for all of our customers.
Meet The Team
Andrew Logan is the President of Computer Builders Anonymous, and at heart, he's just a regular guy who's always loved technology and figuring things out. Like many of his customers, Andrew started by building, fixing, and upgrading his own computers, learning firsthand what works, what doesn't, and what's honestly worth the money. Over the years, that curiousity turned into deep technical experience, including nearly two decades working in IT and systems support. Today, he leads CBA with a simple philosophy: technology shouldn't be confusing, intimidating, or feel like a sales trap. Andrew focuses on honest advice, practical solutions, and systems built to last, whether that's a custom PC for gaming, work, or everyday life. His goal is for every customer to walk away feeling confident, informed, and supported long after the build is done.
Tony Furman is the Vice-President of Computer Builders Anonymous and has been working with technology and more specifically PCs for 20+ years. Deep pride comes with maintaining a level of customer service that he would expect if he was a customer. He's done high end designs for highly customized PCs such as the nerf gun PC and whiskey barrel design with Computer Builders Anonymous. Proudly ensuring that no matter how big the build is, the customer is satisfied and warranties are upheld. Communication is a must and now that the company has been going for 5 years, he only hopes to continue that communication forward.
