Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 14 days from purchase Monday – Saturday 12pm – 8pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, this will include packaging, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship your order when the full system is available. If your order consists of multiple parts you will be notified of any possible changes due to non-availability and the opportunity to swap the item.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Return Exceptions

All serial numbers are recorded and will be verified in order to process refunds. Working PC’s beyond the 30 day limit will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
